Table 6: Government Fiscal Operations, 1950-2025. CONFIRMED the same measure as held FIS.SUMMARY.* (exact value match, see module docstring) - FIS.SUMMARY (1990-2025) is demoted to a mirror in supersede() and this long-run splice becomes canonical over the full 1950-2025 span. Column suffixes deliberately match FIS.SUMMARY's own suffixes.
