Sown_Extent-Maha_Seasons-1979-2025.xlsx TOTAL: districts do not sum to the sheet's 'Sri Lanka' row
Sown_Extent-Maha_Seasons-1979-2025.xlsx, 1990/1991 column: Jaffna, Mannar, Vavuniya, Mullativu, Killinochchi, Batticaloa and Trincomalee are all literally 0 across Major/Minor/Rainfed/Total - the district-level Maha 1990/91 survey evidently could not reach these Eelam-War-II-era conflict districts - while the Sri Lanka total (500,509) still carries roughly a district's worth of area (78,227 ha, this check's exact gap) not reflected anywhere in the district table.
