Macro Lab calculation: the food a Colombo urban household bought in 2019 (CCPI 2021 = 100 weights, Rs 91,880.34 a month at 2021 prices), priced each month from the CBSL Daily Price Report and the DCS weekly retail prices. Rupees per household a month. The basket's 2022-01 spend moved by CCPI food (2021 = 100) since then.
