Notes
Average share of each source in the funding of condominium developments, from the percentages each developer reported; from Q4 2021 (earlier issues print the chart without values). Read from CBSL's quarterly Real Estate Market Analysis (Condominium Market Survey). The shares are printed on the release's charts and read by OCR; each issue prints the quarter, the quarter before and the same quarter a year earlier, every reading is kept as a vintage, and a share is loaded only when its chart's printed shares were all read and add to 100, or another issue printed the same figure.
