Notes
Share of the quarter's condominium sales (number of units) in each price band. The Q3 2020 issue labels the top band Rs 75 mn to Rs 100 mn; later issues, above Rs 75 mn. Read from CBSL's quarterly Real Estate Market Analysis (Condominium Market Survey). The shares are printed on the release's charts and read by OCR; each issue prints the quarter, the quarter before and the same quarter a year earlier, every reading is kept as a vintage, and a share is loaded only when its chart's printed shares were all read and add to 100, or another issue printed the same figure.
