Share of the units in these projects sold (completed projects) or reserved (ongoing projects) by the end of the quarter, and the share still available. Issues to Q2 2021 label the ongoing projects' bar Sold. Read from CBSL's quarterly Real Estate Market Analysis (Condominium Market Survey). The shares are printed on the release's charts and read by OCR; each issue prints the quarter, the quarter before and the same quarter a year earlier, every reading is kept as a vintage, and a share is loaded only when its chart's printed shares were all read and add to 100, or another issue printed the same figure.
