- Notes
- CBSL Monthly Bulletin table 28. Same family as LK.DEBT.GOVT (annual, ESS-sourced) but at quarterly frequency, which nothing else in the warehouse holds; a genuinely finer reading of the same measure, not a competing canonical copy.

Source discrepancies
What the warehouse found when it checked this series: the same figure from two agencies, splice overlaps, published rates against ones recalculated from the index, and outliers.
- Two vintages2025 Q3
The parts and the published total differ by 643,941 (18,701,461 against 19,345,402).
Consistency: 18,701,460.79 and 19,345,402.117, difference −643,941.327.
Table 28: Total Domestic Debt (by instrument, load_t28) should equal Banks + Non-Bank Sector + Repurchase Transaction Allocations (by institution, this restatement) - the two views of the same total agreeing is what makes this a second cut, not a second number
LK.DEBT.GOVT.TOTAL_DOMESTIC_DEBT.Q, 2025-07: by-instrument total 18701460.8 vs Banks + Non-Bank + Repo (by institution) 19345402.1, diff -643941.3. The adjacent quarters (2025-04 and 2025-10) both reconcile exactly, so this is a one-off revision-timing lag between the two Table 28 cuts for this single quarter, not a parsing or classification error.
