Table 7: Central Government Debt, 1950-2025. CONFIRMED the same measure as held DEBT.GOVT.* (exact value match on every instrument, see module docstring) - DEBT.GOVT (1990-2025) is demoted to a mirror in supersede() and this long-run splice becomes canonical over 1950-2025. Column suffixes deliberately match DEBT.GOVT's own suffixes.
