Notes
CBSL Economic and Social Statistics, table 6.5. Government debt securities market, 2013-2025(b): T-bill and T-bond primary-market issuance and weighted average price/yield, the Central Bank's secondary-market T-bill/bond purchases and sales, and outstanding T-bills/T-bonds by holder. Source errors, kept as printed: the T-bill 'Licensed Commercial Banks' ownership row repeats 2344255.0294438717 for every year 2019-2025; 2024 T-bill primary issues (7900.6) and 2023-2024 T-bond primary issues (7614.52, 3071.9) read roughly a thousand times smaller than the years around them, as if entered in Rs bn inside an Rs mn column. 'Rupee Securities' (all '-') carries no values in any year and produces no series.
