A long annual splice CBSL itself compiles across every base-year rebasing since independence, specifically to give one continuous read where the ordinary statistical tables only hold the post-rebasing years. Table 5: Reserves, Total Foreign Assets, External Debt and Exchange Rates, 1950-2025. No same-measure annual held twin (held EXT.RESERVES is monthly 2013-2017, held DEBT.EXTERNAL is quarterly 2012-2026 and a different, more granular breakdown) - loaded as a new long-run family; see check_special_t5 for a plausibility cross-check against those held series on shared years. The Deutsche Mark and French Franc columns (defunct pre-EUR currencies, blank after 1998) are not loaded.
