SDDS Official Reserve Assets file, discontinued after 2017-09; compared against the RDT-derived series in checks() and demoted to a mirror there if they agree - see supersede(). Superseded by LK.EXT.RDT.FC_RESERVES.M (RDT), the same aggregate current through the present; this SDDS file stops in 2017-09. Agrees on 47 of 47 shared months (>=99% within tolerance); kept as a mirror.
