CBSL table4.09 'Assets and Liabilities of Finance Companies - Annual'. The file on disk (vintage 2018-03-13) runs only 1990-2010 despite its 'to Latest' filename - CBSL has not refreshed it since 2018-03-13 and its last published year is 2010; this was verified by reading every row, not assumed from the filename or an earlier audit note, which had it wrong. 1996 onwards ('New Format') breaks out assets differently from 1990-1995 ('Old Format'): the two are not spliced. This series: 1990-1995, 'Old Format'.
