- CBSL workbook, unread sheet of a file load_financial.py reads in part. Parsed with a dedicated reader, not the shared parse_columns(), because this sheet's own Total row (values in the 1900s/2000s range, e.g. 1920, 1998) is misread by that function's is_year_row() heuristic as a calendar-year header row and silently dropped - see the module docstring.
