Notes
CBSL Data Library, subject 'Prices and Indices', topic 'Purchasing Managers Index'. The Services Business Activity Index is the headline index for Services which is referred to as the ‘PMI - Services’ as per the international best practices, which is comparable to the Manufacturing Production Index and Construction Total Activity Index. From 2026-09-01, days the Data Library does not have are taken from CBSL's monthly PMI press release (1 so far). On the 32 days both have, 32 agree.

LK.IND.PMI_DETAIL.SERVICES_BUSINESS_AC.M: PMI survey workbook vs the Data Library

PMI survey workbook (71.7) vs the Data Library's copy (71.1) for Services Business Activity, 2024-12 only - a 0.6-point gap, just over the 0.5-point tolerance used for the supersede test; every other shared month agrees. A minor one-off between the two CBSL publications, not clustered with anything else.
