- Notes
- CBSL SDDS 'More Data' workbook, DCS Labour Force Survey, quarterly. 2005 is entirely 'na' in the source (LFS was not run quarterly that year because of the tsunami - the source's own note) and 2011-Q4/2012-Q1 are 'na' too; both are left as gaps, not zero and not interpolated. Overlaps the held LK.LAB.LFS.LABOUR_FORCE.Q (2015 on) - see check() for the shared 2015Q1-2017Q2 agreement; this series starts 11 years earlier (2004), so per the OVERLAP RULE both stay canonical and this series links to the held one as its predecessor.

Source discrepancies
What the warehouse found when it checked this series: the same figure from two agencies, splice overlaps, published rates against ones recalculated from the index, and outliers.
- Two vintages2015 Q1
This series reads 8,925; the same figure from the other source reads 8,183. Compared with
LK.LAB.LFS.LABOUR_FORCE.Q.Two agencies: 8,924.716 and 8,183.302, difference 741.414.
LFS SDDS predecessor vs held LABOUR_FORCE: 9.06% apart
SDDS predecessor 8924.716 vs held 8183.302 (9.06% apart) - every 2016/2017 quarter in the same two series agrees to many decimal places, confirming this is a 2015-specific re-benchmarking of the labour force (population weights/sampling frame) that the frozen SDDS file never picked up, not an ongoing or random disagreement.
