- CBSL SDDS 'More Data' workbook, DCS mid-year population estimates, annual. Starts 1950, 64 years before the held LK.POP.VITAL.MID_YEAR_POPULATION_000.A (2014 on) - see check() for the shared 2014-2016 agreement (within 0.03%, ordinary revision). Per the OVERLAP RULE both stay canonical and this series links to the held one as its predecessor, mirroring docs/conventions.md's 'held starts earlier' case with the roles reversed (here this series starts earlier). Note in the source: mid-year population for 2013 and 2014 were revised on the 2012 census.
