- CBSL Annual Economic Review Special Statistical Appendix. A long annual splice CBSL itself compiles across every base-year rebasing since independence, specifically to give one continuous read where the ordinary statistical tables only hold the post-rebasing years. Table 8: Interest Rates, 1951-2025. Bank Rate is CONFIRMED the same measure as held RATE.BANK_RATE.A (exact match, 1990=15.0, 2025=9.0) and is demoted to a mirror in supersede(). The other columns have no confirmed same-measure annual twin (held RATE.BILLS_PD is a min/max BID range, a different statistic from this table's primary-market weighted yield; held RATE.CALL_INTERBANK is a separate min/max series too) and load as new. The savings/fixed-deposit/lending-rate RANGE columns ('10.00-14.00') are not loaded - not a single number, see module docstring.
