- The Central Bank's primary policy signalling rate since 27 Nov 2024, replacing SDFR/SLFR in that role (they are now derived from it, see check_opr_margin). Event-dated: the period is the change's effective date, so the spacing follows the decision calendar rather than a regular frequency. A NULL value marks the rate being withdrawn rather than changed.
