Periods are HIES survey rounds (freq I): '2012/13' at 2012-01-01, 2016 at 2016-01-01, 2019 at 2019-01-01. 2019 is published on two poverty lines - the old, 2002-CCPI-based line (footnote 'a', the same line 2012/13 and 2016 use) and the updated, 2012/13-NCPI-based line (footnote 'b') - kept as two series for the same period: the updated-line figure carries ' - Updated Poverty Line (2012/13 NCPI)' in its name, the old-line figure does not.
