- CBSL Economic and Social Statistics, table 3.9. CBSL's own monthly average retail prices in four districts (Colombo, Kandy, Matara, Anuradhapura) - a different survey from the DCS weekly Colombo-only prices (LK.CPI.RETAIL.*) and from CBSL's own all-island annual averages (table 3.5, LK.CPI.RETAIL_ANNUAL.*). Each year's 'Average' column is that year's mean of the twelve monthly prices (checked against several rows by hand) and is loaded as its own annual series alongside the monthly one. Eggs and coconuts are priced per item, not per kg, which 'units' corrects.
