    LK.EXT.FX_DAILY_TT.CNY.SELL.D: IF_Buying_Selling file vs the Data Library

    LK.EXT.FX_DAILY_TT.CNY.SELL.D: value 22.6800 vs Data Library 23.6800. File reads 22.68 where both its own neighbouring days (23.66-23.71) and the Library's value for the same date (23.68) sit at ~23.7 - the diff is almost exactly 1.00, consistent with a single mistyped digit (23.68 -> 22.68). Source data-entry error.
