Notes
Net percentage balance: the shares weighed 1 for very high, 0.5 high, 0 medium, -0.5 low and -1 very low (the sheet's own weights), computed from the shares read here; it agrees with the line the sheet draws. Positive means a high impact event is seen as more likely. Read from the bar charts of the survey's key findings sheet: the bars print no values, so a share is the height of its segment in the drawing (to about 0.1 point). Each sheet repeats the earlier surveys; a later sheet's reading is kept as a new vintage (dated by its release) only when it differs by more than 0.5 point. CBSL's half-yearly Systemic Risk Survey asks risk officers of banks, finance and leasing companies, insurers, unit trust managers, stockbrokers, margin providers, microfinance companies, rating agencies and payment providers about the financial system. The survey for a half-year is taken around its start (H1 2026: 19 December 2025 to 16 January 2026; H2 2026: 17 July to 14 August 2026). The results are the respondents' perceptions, not the Central Bank's views.
