DCS GDP_Summary_2022Q1.xls, 'GDP @ Current prices' block, current prices, Rs mn. Release vintage = the file's own title ('Summery of GDP and four components of GDP (last Update: June 28th, 2022)'), giving the warehouse's vintage mechanism (schema.sql observations PK on series_id/period/vintage) a real revision history: the same period accumulates one row per release that reported it. NOT the held LK.NA.GDP.2015.* codes (load_national_accounts.py owns those, which only ever carry the newest-known figure) - see check_gdp_vintage_vs_held(). This file's own 'Point to point % Change'/'% Growth' blocks are not loaded separately - RT_RT.xls/RT_Summary.xls already carry that as a genuinely dated revision history (see module docstring, section 3).
