Release vintage = the file's own title ('Summery of GDP and four components of GDP (last Update: June 28th, 2022)'), giving the warehouse's vintage mechanism (schema.sql observations PK on series_id/period/vintage) a real revision history: the same period accumulates one row per release that reported it.
