Determined administratively until 3 Nov 2022, then by formula (AWNDR + 700bps from 3 Nov 2022, AWNDR + 300bps rounded to the nearest half point from 2 Jan 2023, per the file's own footnotes) and recalculated (and dated) monthly from then on - no AWNDR series is held in the warehouse to check the formula against. No existing RATE family covers the Bank Rate (AWCMR/AWDR/AWFDR/AWLR/AWPR/AWSR are different measures), so this is new.
