What the warehouse found when it checked this series: the same figure from two agencies, splice overlaps, published rates against ones recalculated from the index, and outliers.

    The two base years overlap for 41 months (Jan 2008 – May 2011). Over those months the ratio between them runs from 0.329 to 0.354; the splice uses 0.337. Compared with LK.CPI.CCPI.2006-07.CORE.M.
